Keeleigh has worked in the recruitment sector for over 10 years, starting her career in back-office support and then moving to resourcing.
Having worked with Denise for over 6 years, Keeleigh transitioned into an Operations role at Identify with responsibility for internal projects, finance and ensuring the smooth running of our business operations.
With her passion for finance and numbers, Keeleigh is currently studying part-time for a professional Accountancy qualification.
With an MSc in Human Resource Management and Chartered accreditation from the CIPD, Shawn has been working in HR for 5 years with roles in both the third sector and financial services. His HR experience spans employee relations, health & wellbeing, performance management, Diversity & Inclusion, and C-suite & senior leader recruitment.
He brings to Identify a passion for placing the customer at the centre of his work, coupled with a values-driven approach to providing industry leading service and solutions in HR recruitment.
Linda has over 20 years’ experience working in businesses across a variety of industry sectors including IT, Energy, Engineering, Automotive and Life Sciences.
With experience spanning marketing and corporate communications, business development and recruitment, Linda has held previous roles in SMEs, global organisations as well as fast growing start-ups.

Ian has a strong background in project managing business change and process improvement, coupled with several years’ experience in cross-sector recruitment, logistics and technology.
He is passionate about enabling business growth and success, with a wealth of expertise in training and developing teams collaboratively and tackling business and project processes to embed organisational best practice.
Justyna has a strong office administration background in the charity sector as well as experience in copywriting and SEO.
Justyna possesses a natural curiosity, passion for research and a strong aptitude for learning.
She holds a master's degree in Librarianship from The Nicolaus Copernicus University in Poland.
