The Scott Group is a family business, operating several distinct business units, which together deliver a wide range of goods and services to industrial and manufacturing markets throughout the UK: manufactured and reconditioned pallets, timber packaging, agricultural boxes, industrial supplies, hand and power tools, workwear, PPE, safety equipment, premium apparel & professional protective clothing manufacture and property services.
From a single site family-run sawmill in Scotland, we have grown Scott Pallets organically and through acquisition over the last 33 years to become the UK’s leading, most innovative manufacturer and supplier of sustainable timber pallets and bespoke timber-packaging solutions. We operate nationally from over 22 well-invested operational sites.
Our award-winning pallet manufacturing and pallet supply business thrives on finding the most effective solutions for our customers and provides competitive, sustainable, safe pallet solutions to help customers achieve their own environmental and sustainability targets.
Our sustainable pallet solutions include a range of new, bespoke or standard pallets, reconditioned pallets and a pallet recovery, repair and reuse service. We work collaboratively with our customers to promote circular economy principles in the use of timber packaging and pallets and to deliver the best solution for their needs.

CSR
Our CSR strategy is guided by our core values of respecting others, operating responsibly, to demonstrate sound leadership and tenacity. We recognise the enormous contribution that our people make to the success of the business, and as such, we seek to promote opportunities for individual personal and professional growth. Our charitable support reflects this. Our significant long-term commitment is to The Outward Bound Trust, which we are delighted to be supporting for the tenth year running.
Martin Davidson, Scottish Director at The Outward Bound Trust, said: “Thanks to the support from corporate supporters such as Scott Group, last year over 70% of the 25,000 participants from across the UK received financial support from The Trust. Scott Group’s support helps us reach those young people who have most to gain from outdoor education.”
