How it works
The job candidate should email their CV to theteam@identify-hr.com with a covering letter that clearly states the name of the referring person and that the job application is being submitted under the Identify HR 'Refer a Friend' reward scheme.
Note: it is important that the person who has referred the candidate is mentioned in the initial correspondence from the job applicant. No retrospective referral applications can be accepted.
Terms & Conditions
- The scheme is open and available to individuals who are registered with Identify HR ("the Referrer").
- The Referrer is eligible to claim £500 in gift vouchers of their choice if they refer a person who is placed in a permanent or contract position by Identify HR and completes their ‘probation period’.
- Vouchers will be issued in two equal instalments: one when your referral starts work, and the balance upon successful completion of their probation period.
- It is the responsibility of the referrer to contact Identify HR to claim their gift after the qualification period.
- Candidates can only be referred once. In the event that a candidate is referred to Identify HR more than once, only the first person named as the referrer by the candidate will be eligible for a referral gift under this scheme.
- Referred candidates that are already registered with Identify HR or whose details have previously been received will not count as a valid referral and will not be eligible for the referrer to claim the referral gift.
- There is no limit on the number of referrals that you can make.
- No monetary alternative is available.
- The referred candidate must be currently working in the UK or eligible to work in the UK.
