Talent Partner (fluent in French)

Salary – £60,000-£70,000 per annum (dependant on experience)



Our client is a well-established, leading global digital performance company, assisting marketers in connecting with consumers at all levels, from enterprise to hyper-local. Their integrated, data-driven solutions support organisations in achieving revolutionary growth. As a rapidly growing digital agency, they have operations across the US, Canada and Europe.

Before you read on, please note that fluency in French has been set as an occupational requirement for this role. Therefore, we kindly ask that you only apply if you can demonstrate this skill to us.

To support our client’s growth, we are looking for a Talent Partner who:

  • Is fluent in French to support hiring activities across Canada and Europe
  • Has strong experience in the talent/recruitment spaces
  • Can own the full recruitment cycle including the creation and posting of jobs, reviewing applications, conducting phone screening and participating in interviews
  • Delivers an exceptional joining experience, making pre-employment processes both organised and painpoint free
  • Facilitates employee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and leaver procedures
  • Is agile, energetic and capable of managing priorities
  • Fulfils the role of culture champion, supporting the growth of the employer brand and inspiring new hires to join
  • Can build trusting and credible partnerships by coaching and developing leaders on talent and people initiatives

The successful candidate should expect to manage their time as follows:

  • Full management of end-to-end recruitment processes (70%)
  • HR administration and partnership working (30%)

Key requirements for the role:

  • Relevant qualification and/or demonstrable experience in a talent/recruitment capacity with a good understanding of HR administration and practices
  • Able to adopt a partner mindset and bring that to work every day
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and changes, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness
  • Proven ability to be flexible and adapt to meet the needs of the business
