We are proud to be supporting our client in searching for their next Head of People Operations. This is an exciting time to join the business, so if you fit the below criteria, we’d love to hear from you today:
  • An established people operations leader, able to act as the head for a continuously developing people team
  • Good financial services background and track record with sound knowledge of the regulatory context
  • Able to drive excellence in people advice, initiatives, and the end-to-end lifecycle
  • Experience in developing reward and benefits programmes that retains competitive edge and delivers on business needs 
  • Able to partner with executive and senior leadership teams, ensuring a people first agenda is incorporated into planning, decision-making and strategy
As our client are currently making plans to implement a harmonisation programme, the Head of People Operations will be instrumental in leading the people perspective as the brand, customer offer, and culture moves into an exciting new phase. As a result, we’ll want you to tell us in what ways you have positively contributed to transformation and integration workstreams with positive impact and outcomes for people and the wider business.
The ability to pivot and adopt whole systems thinking should be at the front and centre of everything that you do. You thrive in a dynamic and experience-led culture and make a positive, value-added impact in supporting people through change.
In this role you will:
  • Partner with executive and senior leadership groups, able to inspire and use coaching techniques to seek solutions to operational and strategic issues
  • Act as lead of reward and benefits programmes
  • Take accountability for risk management within the people operations function in accordance with organisational policy
  • Use your people background to lead the people partner function, providing high-quality, trusted advice and support to the wider people and development team
