Identify HR is recruiting for a UX Team Lead to join a Health Tech client.
This is an exciting time to join the business as it is currently going through a process of change and transformation of its core products, realigning them for overseas markets. They offer financial management, cost management, risk and compliance tools for healthcare providers.
In this role, you will be a key member of the growing UX Team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts and all the members of the UX team. As a seasoned UXer, you will be a great communicator and collaborator who is committed to user centred design.
The job is available as hybrid working at the client’s Edinburgh office or fully remote (UK only).
As a UX Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Planning and implementing large scale, end-to-end UX projects
  • Creating appropriate UX deliverables such as low and high-fidelity wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, personas, etc.
  • Facilitating conversations and co-creation workshops with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Working closely with the Principal UX
  • Gauging stakeholders’ requirements to help create explicit user-centred solutions
  • Mentoring and supervising junior members of the UX team to support their development
You will have the following skills/experience:
  • A strong track record of working in a UX role
  • A passion for innovation, technology and design
  • Extensive experience creating various UX deliverables
  • Experience in presenting to a wide range of audiences
  • Strong experience in a variety of UX design/prototyping tools, e.g. Axure, Figma, UX Pin or similar
  • Experience with web technologies (object-oriented JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3)
  • In-depth experience in leading cross-functional project teams
  • Experience in mentoring or managing designers or UXers
  • Top-notch communication skills
  • Experience in planning and running usability testing sessions
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Experience working within heavily data-orientated organisations e.g. healthcare, finance etc. is highly desirable
