- Our client is a well-established, leading global digital performance company, assisting marketers in connecting with consumers at all levels, from enterprise to hyper-local. Their integrated, data-driven solutions support organisations in achieving revolutionary growth. As a rapidly growing digital agency, they have operations across the US, Canada and Europe.
To support their growth, we are looking for a Web Analyst who is an expert in Adobe Analytics to assist in the creation and delivery of high-level performance dashboards, as well as the rollout and implementation of comprehensive website and campaign tracking. The role also supports with client programmes, from initial setup to ongoing implementation as part of an online campaign or website project.
Key responsibilities include:- Design, implement and maintain digital analytics products & solutions
- KPI definition, implementation and reporting
- Work with stakeholders to define and prioritise tracking and reporting requirements based on business and marketing objectives
- Assist other teams with measurement, reporting and data requests/needs, including insights, best practice & recommendations
- Create dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decisions and performance evaluation
- Be an expert in Javascript/Tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Tealium, Adobe Launch) in various development environments
- Troubleshoot technical issues and document root causes for clients
Required skills/experience:- 1-2 years’ experience with leading Web Analytics platforms
- Fluent in both German and English
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Data Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science etc.) or equivalent industry experience
- In-depth understanding of HTML/Javascript, jQuery, CSS and tag management tools
- Understand and design analytics solutions in Adobe or Google Analytics with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of common web, mobile and media analytics best practises as they relate to webpage development lifecycle
- Implementation experience with conversion pixel for a variety of platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and floodlight tags etc
- Ability to work independently and work through complexities
- Strong business skills and able to interact at all levels in an organisation
- Any industry experience in retail, health & fitness, auto and eCommerce would be a plus
