Description
Identify HR is recruiting for a Senior UX Consultant to join a Health Tech client.
 
This is an exciting time to join the business as it is currently going through a process of change and transformation of its core products, realigning them for overseas markets. They offer financial management, cost management, risk and compliance tools for healthcare providers.
 
In this role, you will be a key member of the growing UX Team, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers and all the members of the UX team. As a seasoned UXer, you will be a great communicator and collaborator who is committed to user centred design.
 
The job is available as hybrid working at the client’s Edinburgh office or fully remote (UK only).
 
As a Senior UX Consultant, you will be responsible for:
 
  • Planning and implementing large scale, end-to-end UX projects
  • Creating appropriate UX deliverables such as low and high-fidelity wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, personas, etc.
  • Initiating and testing early ideas
  • Working closely with the senior members of the UX team including the Principal UX
  • Gauging stakeholders’ requirements to help create explicit user-centred solutions
  • Mentoring junior members of the team
 
You will have the following skills/experience:
 
  • A strong track record of working in a UX role
  • A passion for innovation, technology and design
  • Extensive experience creating various UX deliverables
  • Strong experience in a variety of UX design/prototyping tools, e.g. Axure, Figma, Sketch, UX Pin or similar
  • Experience with web technologies (object-oriented JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3)
  • In-depth experience in leading cross-functional project teams
  • Experience in planning and running usability testing sessions
  • Experience in mentoring junior designers or UXers
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • First-class problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
 
Salary and package: up to £47,000 + Benefits + Continuous Learning
