Sales Team Manager

As the Sales Team Manager for Scott Pallets, you will focus on maximising sales and profit. You will work closely with the Procurement Team Manager, supporting the wider teams and customers. You will have strong commercial acumen and you will love cross-team collaboration.

In this role, you will:

• Grow the Sales team; recruitment of two new people will be one of your first priorities
• Meet the sales budget and growth target by volume and value
• Invalidate business risk from over-support from regional suppliers only
• Establish a long-lasting and powerful team
• Support, develop and coach the team members
• Run a comprehensive data analysis of the existing customers to locate possible expansion opportunities
• Contribute to vital decision-making
• Research and scrutinize competitors
