As a result, you’ll be able to talk about working collaboratively with people leaders and being someone who doesn’t waste time in finding ways to build strong and meaningful relationships. In delivering the people plan, you’ll recognise the importance of data and the perspectives of others, including your own team, in helping to shape your approach. Through coaching, mentoring, and influencing skills, you enable and empower leaders and colleagues within your own team to grow and reach their full potential.
In this role you will have:
- Extensive experience working in an operational HR role where you’ve partnered with the business
- The capability and skills to influence, coach and negotiate both professionally and constructively
- Agility and strong organisational skills to respond to a fast-paced environment
- A track record of responding to and leading on a range of people challenges against a high-growth & high-performing context
Essential experience and skills:
- Experience and confidence to lead a team, using coaching to enable success
- Working knowledge and awareness of SMCR and FCA regulatory learning
- Background in a financial services environment
