We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Executive to lead the delivery of effective marketing programs that will build our profile and support the work of our consultants to maximise their client and candidate reach.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a competent, self-motivated and pro-active marketer who is able to generate creative ideas and is well-versed in marketing concepts, principles and tactics.
The Marketing Executive will lead on the successful delivery of relevant campaigns and communications to drive brand awareness and lead generation. The overall goal is to deliver effective programs that will build our reputation, client base and support sustained growth.
The role will involve working across all elements of the marketing mix including content creation, website management, digital marketing, social media, client communications, events and email marketing.Key Responsibilities
- Raise the profile of Identify HR with target audiences and further develop the brand
- Ownership of rolling marketing plan and delivery of key objectives
- Support the launch of our new digital portal with multi-channel promotion
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns and initiatives to reach our target audience through appropriate channels – including social media (organic and paid), email, web, events and advertising
- Produce creative multi-channel content (including for website, video, newsletters, adverts and blog posts)
- The day to day running and development of the social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter & Facebook) to enhance audience engagement
- Ongoing analysis of marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Build on a programme of testimonials and case studies
- Update and maintain the website
This is not an exhaustive list, the job holder will be required to perform other duties as required in a fast paced, growing organisation.
Requirements:
You should be able to demonstrate the following:
- A degree in marketing or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Experience of delivering marketing campaigns to a high and consistent standard
- Experience across all elements of the marketing mix – both traditional and digital
- Experience in generating results from paid media campaigns
- Strong copywriting skills and an excellent command of both written and spoken English
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Equally comfortable working independently or collaboratively
- Experience managing websites and using CRM systems
- Experience in platforms such as Canva and Mailchimp
