A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our Paid Media Team, which works with customers across the UK and Europe. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to build on their skills in paid media advertising. We're seeking for someone who can demonstrate a high level of creativity and is continually thinking how to improve their work.
A terrific opportunity for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our Paid Media Team, which works with customers throughout the UK and Europe, has arisen. The selected individual will get the opportunity to hone their paid media advertising talents.
As Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for:-
- Drive paid media strategies for a variety of medium to large businesses that produce outstanding outcomes.
- Set up and manage Paid Search and Social Media campaigns for a diverse range of clients in various sectors.
- Maintain client accounts to DAC Group standards, ensuring that budgets are appropriately used and clients are satisfied with results. This includes creating new campaigns, managing budgets, continuing to optimise, and experimenting with new channels.
- Work with Client Services to ensure that the client understands their account's success, the value of our work, and is able to evaluate other new possible channels they can use to achieve their goals.
- Monthly performance reports should include revenue targets, projections, resource and industry updates, and performance insights, among other things.
- Prepare and deliver the paid media component of client meetings, as well as participate in client calls, as a support function.
- Keep up with the latest paid media industry news and trends and share important information with the media team.
- Assist in the preparation of client proposals that demonstrate a clear value proposition and strategy.
Required skills/experience: -
- A genuine enthusiasm for paid advertising.
- 2+ years of Paid Media experience
- Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta is required.
- A working knowledge of YouTube, Twitter, and other biddable media sites is also required.
- Strong communicator, comfortable presenting plans/ideas to external clients and internal stakeholders with a high level of numeracy and attention to detail
- Excellent project management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of customer behaviour and marketing trends that can be demonstrated
- Ability to operate effectively under duress and to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Desirable skills/experience:-
- It's an advantage if you've used bid management software before, but it's not essential.
