They are looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to join the team and help the business grow even further!
As a Client Onboarding Manager, your key responsibilities will include:- Working in an Agile environment you will be responsible for setting priorities for onboarding customers as part of Sprint Planning.
- Resource management to ensure timely deliver to clients
- E2E client management; UAT to release
- People management, coaching and mentoring others
To be considered for this role, you will have the following skills/experience:- Client delivery experience within an Agile environment as you will be responsible for Sprint planning.
- Impressive communication skills as you will be an escalation point for clients and will coach and mentor other team members.
- Experience in UAT
