We are looking for a highly experienced individual to join part of our client’s growing team as a Customer Onboarding Specialist, based in Rosyth. Due to the nature of the role you will be onsite in Rosyth daily.

As Epipole’s Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will be a truly customer focused professional who puts the customer at the heart of what you do. You will have a natural flair in communicating and helping to resolve issues.  We need someone who has an interest in technology and is willing to be trained to be able to support customers with technical issues and to be able to give product demos in the future.  This will all be done in a measured way, and you will never feel out of your depth.

To be considered as Epipole’s Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will have the following skills/experience:

  • Experience in customer care and ideally with some sort of technical support expertise or desire to learn
  • Takes ownership of issues that arise to solve problems for their customers
  • Digitally savvy with an ability to grasp technical support matters quickly
  • Must be flexible regarding working pattern if it’s required to support customers in US time zones

 
Desirable skills for Epipole’s Customer Onboarding Specialist role:

  • Import/export experience as you will be sending medical devices to the US where you will need to follow detailed quality standards.


In return you will receive 33 days paid holiday per annum, inclusive of public holidays.
