As a growing and ambitious consultancy, our story began in 2019. Our Founder, Denise Baxter, had built a successful career in HR and recruitment, working in-house for high profile organisations as well as working with and leading successful recruitment consultancies. Having been on both the HR and recruiter side of the desk, Denise knows first-hand what great service looks and feels like. She was passionate about building a recruitment business and dedicated team who always deliver on this.
Denise is now supported by a passionate, skilled team who share her commitment to providing a different kind of recruitment experience – one that is underpinned by trust and delivers on promises.
